Tetracycline drugs can be used to prevent and treat animal diseases. But if used for a long time, it will cause the residue of tetracycline drugs in animal tissues. Tetracycline drugs remaining in animal tissues can affect the health of consumers. Both the European Union and China have strict regulations on the amount of tetracycline residues in animal tissues. Recently, express chickens fed mainly with feed and drugs have attracted everyone's attention. In this paper, the SPE800 automatic solid phase extraction instrument was used to extract tetracycline drugs in chicken and pork and detected by HPLC-UV. The established method is simple and has high recovery rate. It can be used for the extraction and detection of conventional tetracycline drugs.
