Therefore, the initial judgment was that the quality of the adhesive was problematic. For the sake of caution, it is still necessary to determine whether or not it can normally cover other products. Therefore, the use of other printing papers for filming is immediately adopted, and blistering has been reduced, but it cannot be eliminated. When another laminator was used to compare the films, it was found that the quality of the film was good. Based on this, the quality of the adhesive could be preliminarily eliminated. Suspected that the laminator itself is abnormal. After careful examination, it was found that the bearing pressure of the coated pressure rubber roller is seriously worn, the operation is not smooth, there is a phenomenon of jitter, and the constant of lamination pressure is affected, resulting in blistering of the film.
