US PMC Launches Preprinted Plastic Cup Technology

The American PaperM company linefy company has studied for many years and recently introduced a plastic cup molding technology named BarrierPlus. This technique uses a pre-printed plastic sheet on a PMC cupping machine. JflI forms a plastic cup or container with a plain paper cup. This technology has been pioneered by California-based ProCal, Inc., which produces flowers and pots needed for horticulture. The company is the first customer to use a pre-printed polypropylene sheet, NI, to make containers, and has significantly increased its productivity by combining barrier properties, applicability, and high printing results. The pots produced by ProCal can be used to grow and transport plants as well as a variety of shelves, mainly due to the punching of sidewalls or bottoms during the molding process. This design solves the problem of water control and air circulation and protects the plant's growing environment. If used for other purposes, PP material can also play an incomparable role in moisture barrier.
