Brief Description of Waste Water Recycling in Daohuaxiang Wine Bottle Packaging Workshop

There are more than 20 teams in the wine bottle packing workshop, and the amount of water consumption is relatively large. It is the second largest water consumer after the brewing. The main water use points are concentrated in the wine bottle cleaning process. However, due to the higher water quality requirements of the products, the Daohuaxiang wine industry combines actual conditions. After several discussions and experiments, four packaging workshops implemented a wastewater recycling system. The recycled bottle water is sterilized, purified, and two-stage filtered. The bottle washing water that meets the standard pressure is supplied to the packaging workshop according to the pressure of the network through the frequency conversion technology, and recycling is achieved.

After the transformation, the bottle washing wastewater in the wine bottle packaging workshop has good recycling effect, and the recycling rate is 64.28%. The water quality can meet the technological requirements. In addition to the last process in the packaging workshop, fresh water is used for flushing the bottle, and the rest of the circulating water after purification is used. Fresh water is reduced from 1.4 million tons to 500,000 tons, saving 900,000 tons of water annually, which greatly increases the utilization of water resources.
