Common paper diseases in production solutions

There are many causes of bubble paper sandpaper disease. Different solutions must be adopted for different situations. In addition to the factors affecting fiber materials, we generally adopt the following measures:
1. Control the moisture content of the wet paper sheet when entering the dryer cylinder is 67%-69%, and control the temperature curve of the dryer cylinder.
2. Control the degree of beating and fiber length of the pulp, and on the premise of not affecting the quality of the paper, the degree of beating should be as low as possible and the fibers should be longer.
3, control the papermaking conditions to make the paper organization well, mainly to minimize the concentration of the Internet, adjust the appropriate water level, increase the amplitude, to ensure that copper net clean, smooth and so on.
4. Tighten the dry blanket, increase the temperature of the dry blanket dryer, reduce the moisture content of the hand blanket, and evaporate the moisture of the paper sheet, especially when the air permeability of both sides of the dry blanket is poor, replace the dry blanket in time.
5, control the moisture content of the paper sheet machine, according to the humidity in the air to adjust the paper page machine moisture.
The pleated copy paper produces pleats mainly in the press section, dryer section or roll paper.
The press section is mainly due to poor dewatering of the felt, resulting in a large amount of moisture in the local paper sheet, and easy air bubbles in the press section. When the wet paper sheet is pressed into a skirt, it is necessary to wash the felt or replace the felt.
In the drying section, the dry blanket has a long use time, has a large moisture content, and has poor air permeability. In the case of a dry carpet-bonded cylinder, the copy paper has inconsistent shrinkage, and it is easy to produce a skirt. In this case, the dry blanket should be replaced.
In the roll paper, if the total amount of paper sheets is inconsistent, the paper is prone to produce skirts during the roll-up process. In this case, the opening of the lip must be adjusted to achieve the same amount of paper sheets.
The unsatisfied whiteness should first strictly control the quality of the raw materials, pass the whiteness of the original pulp, stabilize the quality before the whitening, and then control the pH and turbidity of the production water.
Dust mainly refers to black dust. To eliminate these dusts, the following measures should be taken:
1. Grasp the process conditions of the 606 tapered slag remover and obtain effective slag removal effect.
2, with a good rotary screen, you can remove fiber dust.
3, control the dust produced by the production environment. In order to bring back the paper dust, we should pay attention to improving the hygiene of the production environment, and strengthen the management of paperback loss to reduce paper dust.
