High-fidelity printing often used in the post-printing process

For high-fidelity printing with very high requirements, in addition to printing material and printing equipment before printing and printing, various post-printing processes must be used after printing, such as the application of PUR binding technology.

PUR binding technology features: strong adhesion, long storage time; adaptable, can be used in high temperature or low temperature environment; good flexibility, easy to read open; protect the environment, no VOC (volatile organic matter) production, not polluted environment. Books made using PUR glue are easy to read.

The suitability of PUR bookbinding technology: it is widely used, and has good fixing force for the printed parts after the surface treatment of UV, varnish, and laminating. Application of flocking technology. Features: Vivid image, strong three-dimensional sense, soft touch, bright pattern patterns, flocking is not easy to fall off. Matters needing attention: paper, rubber surface, leather stuff, leather material suitable for flocking; cloth pattern too deep fabric due to sticky, not suitable for flocking; UV surface is not suitable for flocking, will not stick firmly.

In addition, there are many process technologies that can be used in high-fidelity printing on the post processing, including hit convex, local UV, glitter, glass beads, luminous ink, fragrance ink, wrinkle oil, matte effect. Only the organic cooperation of various materials, equipment and processes can produce truly high-fidelity prints.
