About the production process 

 

 A - First Step: Hardware Workshop: 

 

   a. Scale: With 10-15 workers -- 4-5 workers for materials cutting ; 3 workers for sample producing ; 4-6 workers for welding ; 1-2 workers for polishing and integering ; with cutting meachine , bender , grinding meachine and etc . 

 

   b. Area: Around 1100 square meters , most of the frame samples keep in second floor .

 

   c. Output: 30 - 40 containers one month .

  B - Second Step:. Powder coated workshop:

 

   a. Scale: With 2 workers , they are professional on this job for coupld years .

 

   b. Area: Around 570 square meters , with three washing pool , two box of powder , one oven box and etc .

 

   c. Output: 25-30 container per month .

  C - Third Step: Rattan Weaving Workshop:

 

   a. Scale: With 40-70 workers , most of the workers with more than 5 year experiences , some with 10 or 15 years experiences ;

 

   b. Area: Around 630 square meters , Most of the rattan materials keep in the other room from different brands , such as Viro , Rahau , Baiming and some of Chinese Brands , and there is one person who focus on allocation of the rattan -- saving waste of the rattan .

 

   c. Output: 25-30 containers per month .

  D - Fouth Step: Cushion Sawing Workshop:

 

   a. Scale: 5 - 7 workers , 2-4 workers focus on sawing , 1-2 workers focus on material cutting , 1-2 workers focus on cushions packing . 

 

   b. Area: 650 square meters , with different colors of fabric from different brand , such as Sumbrella , Sunproof , Peacock and some of Chinese Brands . 

 

   c. Output: 25-30 containers per month .

  E -  Last Step: Packing Workshop:

 

   a. Scale: 2-5 workers , one worker with more than 10 years professional experiences , work for different big outodor furniture factory and pack lots of different furniture , know well how to pack the furniture with the best way to protect them and save the space to container loading . 

 

   b. Area: 1500 square meters , with one workshop to pack , ther other workshop as a warehouse to keep the finished items and some of stocks . As usual , we do normal packing by Bubble Paper and Cardboard , but we also do Carton Box as customers requestment . 

 

   c. Output: 25-35 containers one month .

  F - Factory and Showroom:

   a. Scale: With 5 workshops and around 80 workers to do many kinds of outdoor furniture , including Aluminium frame with Teslin furniture , polywood furniture and rattan furniture ( rattan sofa , dining table and chair , lounger , daybed , bar set , garden set hanging chair and so on ) .  

   There are 6 sales who are good at English and outdoor furniture experiences . 

   b. Area: Around 9000 square meters , 1200 square meters of the showroom and 500 square meters of the office area . We develop new designs every year to show them in the different fair , such GZ furniture Fair , Shanghai Furniture Fair , Canton Fair and Spoga Show .
