Ingredients

pre-made or homemade 12-inch thin pizza crust, like Boboli

feta cheese crumbled with herbs, 3/4 cup.

Directions

Turn the oven on to 450 degrees. Pizza pan or cookie sheet with crust should be used. All remaining ingredients, minus the cheese, should be combined in a bowl. mixture over the crust. Put cheese on top.
Vegetables should bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees, or until crisp-tender. Serve after removing from oven.
