2.1 Experimental supplies
A stretched screen plate (30cm*30cm); HTYG-S water-soluble diazo sensitizer and HTYG-SM diazo photosensitizer; Glue length (29cm); Brown bottle.
2.2 Preparation of photosensitive adhesive
HTYG-S type water-soluble nitrogen sensitive photoresist is formulated with HTYG-SM raw nitrogen photosensitizer before coating on the screen plate. Its formula and operation process are as follows:
HTYG-S type water-soluble diazo photosensitive emulsion: 1000g
HTYG-SM Diazo Photosensitizer: 10g
Distilled water (30~40 degrees): 50 ml
10 g of photosensitizer was dissolved in 30 ml of distilled water, the photosensitizer was fully dissolved and then filtered with a 300-mesh wire mesh, and the bottle was rinsed with the remaining 15 ml of distilled water. The merged logistics department poured the dissolved photosensitizer solution into 1,000 g of HTYG-S. In the water-soluble diazo adhesive solution, stir it evenly with a glass rod, and wait for 24 hours until it is eliminated.
Note: The soft water with good water quality can be selected without distilled water.
2.3 when coated with sensitized adhesive, put the screen frame into a horizontal plane at an angle of 85 degrees, fix it with a clip, and then pour the sensitized adhesive into the gluing device. The glue volume accounts for 2/3 of the gluing device volume. The flat gluing device must be full of glue on the mouth of the gluing device, and should be close to the wire mesh. When the glue liquid is in contact with the wire mesh, the gluing device moves from bottom to top and scrapes the glue.
The positive and negative sides were evenly drawn twice. Then put it in the oven and dry it.
Note: The rectifier coating process is under yellow light.
Third, the application of photosensitive adhesive should pay attention to the problem
1. When applying sensitized adhesive, the gluing speed should not be too slow, so as to avoid local over thickness and uneven rubber surface.
2. Do not apply too much force when gluing, because too much force will make the mesh film too thin and reduce the printing strength.
To produce a high-quality screen printing plate, the application of photo-resist adhesive must be performed strictly in order to produce a high-quality screen printing plate.
