Carbon nanometer thermometers come out in Japan

Researchers at the Japan Institute of Materials Research recently said that they invented the "carbon nanometer thermometer," which was recognized as the world's smallest thermometer and was included in the Guinness Book of Records. This thermometer measures from 18 to 490°C. In addition, between 50 and 500°C, the volume of graphite used to make carbon nanotubes varies little with temperature, so the diameter and length of the carbon nanotube itself are negligibly small, and thermometers made from it can be accurate to 0.25 °C. This kind of thermometer can be used to check if the electronic circuit is abnormal or it can be used to measure the temperature of the capillaries.
