UV coating layer brittle causes and solutions

Phenomenon: The cured layer of varnish is subject to 90 bending force, cracking or layering.

Reason 1: The coating is too thick.
Solution: Reduce the amount of coating.

Reason 2: The ink layer is not dry.
Solution: Warm up before checking or check the machine.

Cause 3: Varnish is improperly selected or expired.
Solution: Stop using it.

Cause 4: The temperature is too high.
Solution: Reduce the temperature when it can dry.
Cause: UV lamp radiation intensity weakened, the printed product repeatedly passed through the curing device more times, the print product can not reach full cure. On the contrary, over-curing will also make the surface of UV ink (gloss) aged, closed, brittle, etc. At the same time, the adhesion of the ink (gloss) is also not good, which will make the superposition of the interlayer adhesion.
Solution: Replace the lamp to avoid over-curing.
