The size of the upper and lower screens is determined by the size of the granulation and usually covers the number of pellets. For example, the granulation is a 16-mesh screen, and the vibrating screen is 10 mesh and 20 mesh. If the screen adjustment range is large, the yield increases, and vice versa.

The heating system can be divided into steam heating, electric heating, heat conduction oil heating, and fuel/coal hot air furnace heating. The commonly used heating method is steam. The advantages are clean energy, easy to control, and the generated temperature is similar to the production required temperature. Electric heating is usually used on small equipment. The advantages are easy to use and strong adaptability. However, compared with other energy sources, the operating costs are higher. Heating oil heating is generally not used due to its high temperature. Fuel/coal hot blast stoves are also often used. If you choose stainless steel, you must choose indirect stainless steel. Do not use direct fire (this equipment is unsanitary and can contaminate food).
Transmission equipment needs to be comprehensively designed according to the conditions of the production site. The usual choice is 1 linear feeding method: the conveyor belt and the feeding port are at the same height, and the pellets are made into the dryer through the conveyor directly. But the premise is that either the granulator is on the platform or the dryer needs to sink to a height. 2 Sloping line material method: The granulator is made into granules and conveyed forward through a straight conveyor belt. At the end, it falls to the slope conveyor belt. The slope conveyor belt feeds upwards. Depending on the material's formulation, belts or smooth belts with bars can be selected.
The above-mentioned equipment is started from the crushing process. If chickens are to be made from fresh chicken, the process will be more complicated and the equipment will be more. Usually involves the following equipment: meat grinder, colloid mill, enzymatic hydrolysis tank, filter, homogenizer, spray dryer and so on. When purchasing a production line, we must pay attention to whether the manufacturer has rich production experience and debugging experience, which will make oneself less detours. If there is a rigorous purchase of equipment, there will be certain risks.
