1. Solvent In inkjet printing ink, the solvent as a carrier plays a decisive role in the performance of the ink. It is required that the solvent not only dissolve the colorant, binder and other components quickly, but also have the right volatility, and can effectively control the drying speed during the inkjet printing process. During the test, it was found that two or more ketones and alcohols with low carbon atoms were selected and mixed in a certain proportion for the best effect. The added amount was about 70% to 90% of the total weight of the ink.

2. Colorant No matter what type the colorant is, it must have sufficient solubility in the solvent, and it has good mutual solubility with other components in the ink, bright color, good weather resistance and aging resistance. The experiment found that organic chromium complex pigments not only meet the above requirements, but also have good electrical conductivity in the selected organic solvents and can provide a certain electrical conductivity. The amount of colorant added in the ink accounts for about 3.0% to 8.0% of the weight of the ink, subject to the desired depth of color.

3. Adhesive Adhesive is the main component of the inkjet printing ink, and its role is mainly to act as a carrier of pigments to enhance the adhesion of the jet printing marks on the surface of the object. It is required that the adhesive can be completely dissolved in the solvent and has good mutual solubility with other components. After comparison, the cellulose adhesive has good adhesion to the surface of the object, and is the first choice adhesive, and the added amount is 5.0% to 10.0% of the total weight of the ink.

4. Conductivity regulator In order to meet the needs of electronic control, the ink requires a certain conductivity, so it is necessary to add a conductivity regulator. In addition to the colorant providing a certain conductivity value in this ink, ionizable organic or inorganic salts are also used as conductivity modifiers. For example, tetramethylammonium acetate has good solubility in the selected solvent and can be provided. Sufficient conductivity value, the amount added is 0.5% to 2.0% of the total weight of the ink.

5. Other auxiliaries In this ink, some other auxiliaries need to be added to improve the performance of the ink, such as adding 1.0% to 5.0% of anti-volatile agent to improve the stability of the ink, enhance the gloss of the printing mark, and prevent the ink jet nozzle Dry; N-methylpyrrolidone, glycol ethers and phthalates are used as anti-volatile agents in the test. In addition, a silane coupling agent is added to improve the adhesion of the adhesive on the surface of the substrate, and a surfactant is added to reduce the surface tension and improve the performance of the entire ink.
