For over-packaging, laws and regulations have to be formulated in the future.

Excessive packaging does not consume a large amount of resources, causing some damage to the ecological environment. Secondly, consider the means of over-packaging, that is, formulating corresponding regulations and clearly stipulating that excessive packaging is an illegal act and restricting excessive packaging through legal means: First, limit the proportion and the number of layers of commodity packaging in the entire commodity, such as the volume control of packaging. It accounts for 10% to 15% of the volume of the product; the second is to limit the cost of the entire product packaged goods, such as the packaging cost is controlled in the value of the goods 15% -20%; third is to impose excessive packaging on the manufacturers Waste charges are charged. Consumers are obliged to collect waste disposal fees for discarding excessively packaged waste after purchasing over-packaged goods. Taxes are used to limit excessive packaging.
The third is to guide the green packaging. In the process of over-packaging, it is guided, combined with governance and guidance. From the perspective of laws and regulations, and heights, the government and industry associations should strengthen guidance, increase propaganda, and guide enterprises in the society to establish and enhance the concept of green packaging.
