After the degreasing and phosphorus-free conversion (or zirconation) treatment before the coating of the steel drum, the steel drum is washed with water, and the water washed by the water contains the oil, impurities, etc. washed from the steel plate. There are a small amount of components in the treating agent such as a surfactant contained in the treating agent, and the water in these washing steps is a so-called "waste water" which is treated before painting, and is required to be discharged by overflow. The pollutants contained in this kind of wastewater may have suspended solids, petroleum, COD, ammonia nitrogen, BOD, etc., and the content of these pollutants may exceed the national “integrated wastewater discharge standardâ€. Nowadays, the practice in the coating industry is to collect the coating wastewater from the self-built wastewater pool, and then deliver the pipeline to the sewage treatment plant for centralized treatment.
At present, there are no professional sewage treatment plants near some factories, and the coating wastewater can only be discharged to rivers, ditches, etc.; some sewage treatment plants have requirements for the received wastewater indicators (such as PH value, phosphorus, COD, etc.). The factory also needs to pre-treat the coating wastewater discharged to the sewage treatment plant, which is time-consuming, laborious and costly; in some areas, the environmental protection department installs an online remote monitoring device at the factory, and some pre-set indicators are remote if they exceed the standard. Alarm or auto shut off the pump and so on. Under the current stricter environmental regulations, the discharge of treated washing water before painting is facing increasing pressure. In view of this, we have proposed a “solution for the treatment of water reuse before painting (zero discharge of wastewater)â€.
Zero discharge of painted wastewater (recycled water) means that the coated wastewater is treated by a series of water treatment equipment units to remove impurities, salts and other substances from the wastewater. The treated water quality indicators fully meet the requirements before painting. The requirements for treating the quality of the washing water make the wastewater (98% or more) recycled and recycled, which has great economic, environmental and social benefits.
The “pre-painting water-washing water reuse (wastewater zero-emission) solution†is a brand-new design concept, which is completely different from the traditional sewage treatment mode. The traditional sewage treatment mode has a large investment and a large area. The use of chemical agents is large, and the amount of solid emissions generated is large, etc., and is not suitable for the recycling treatment of the coated washing water. The “Zero Emissions Solution†has a small investment, a small footprint (probably only 5, 6 square meters), no use of chemicals or a small amount of use, and no solid emissions.
The process of “Zero Emissions Solutionâ€:
Washing water tank → drain (tube) → wastewater pool → wastewater treatment unit → finished water tank after wastewater treatment → water washing tank
The painted water washing wastewater passes through the above water treatment process, the waste water is discharged from the water washing tank, and the finished water is returned to the water washing tank, so that the cycle is repeated, and the “zero discharge†of the coating wastewater is achieved.
