The author believes that the implementation of standardized and standardized production is not only the need for product production control, but also a solid foundation for large-scale production. Strengthen employees' quality awareness

The truly qualified products depend on the joint efforts of all employees. Market competition is invincible. To improve the quality awareness and technical level of employees, it can be achieved through education and training.

1. Let every employee realize the importance of improving product quality, so that the quality policy formulated by the company can be implemented without compromise. As a production manager of a printing enterprise, only by being familiar with the products to be processed and the existing equipment status and technical strength of the factory can we formulate a reasonable processing plan and produce good products.

1. After receiving the construction order and cleaning samples, the production management personnel must first understand the process requirements and the quality of the materials used, make a review of the wool samples and the construction order and cleaning samples, and confirm whether the established requirements of the construction order can be met during processing.

2. For the products of the same variety, it is generally printed first and then printed later, giving the printed product a relatively long drying time to allow it to dry naturally and avoid the large amount of ink causing the printed product to become dirty; After cutting, the paper continues to expand and contract, resulting in uneven cuts, dry ink, and blistering.

2. For different products that are due at the same time, the processing and production sequence should be arranged according to the complexity of the process. For example, hardcover products and saddle stitched products that are due at the same time, you should arrange the folding of the hardcover products as much as possible to ensure that the book block has a longer binding time to allow the book case to dry naturally, so as to ensure the finalization of the finished book The shell is not warped.

3. When the production of the upper and lower processes are closely connected, scientific production scheduling can effectively avoid the phenomenon of waiting for work and rushing due to errors in production arrangements, which not only improves the efficiency, but also avoids the phenomenon of "the carrot is not washing the mud".
