Of course, this is the benefit of choice. Quality inspectors often encounter such an anecdote in their work: due to quality problems that cannot be printed, they can still be printed under the direct interference of the company’s leadership, and the quality standards have become double, and the quality inspection department is difficult to implement. .

A large number of trivial matters occupy most of the energy of the quality inspection department, and they really feel powerless when they really want quality supervision; and this kind of “all-oil” approach also obscures the quality problems of various departments, and helps the departments to hide when they encounter problems. The quality inspection department must fully understand the harmfulness of the practice of surrogacy in the work, firmly memorize the job responsibilities of the quality inspection position, firmly seize the “quality” center in daily work, and grasp the internal product quality standards of each process. Fifth, the prestige of quality inspection - not dispensable "chicken ribs"

The formation of quality inspection prestige depends on the leadership of the company and maintenance of all aspects, and the intrinsic quality depends on quality inspectors work hard to improve their quality and performance to establish. For quality problems, the quality inspectors cannot be accused indiscriminately, nor can the quality inspection departments bear such burdens as “scapegoats” and “qiqibao”, causing some people to have disdain for the quality inspection department. .

Of course, if you say it back, the intrinsic quality of the quality inspector is the key to prestige; the style of work is flawed, the working method is simple, and the service consciousness is poor. In daily work, there are three sentences worthy of consideration by the quality inspectors: Those who can neither sinners nor do things are ideal people; although those who offend people but do things are useful people; they are afraid of offending people. Those who cannot do things are useless people. The job responsibilities of quality inspectors determine that quality inspectors must offend people in their work. Quality inspectors cannot be "ideal people" but at least they must be "useful people" and must not be "useless people". The old saying goes: No desire is just right.
