U.S. launches new thermostatic floor system

It is reported that in December 2003, the United States invented a new type of constant temperature floor system. Unlike the previous thermostatic floor, it is a mixture of sand, mud, stone, and polyester, rather than the previous lime floor. The hose placed on the plastic positioning plate under the surface layer can provide heat to keep the floor warm. In order to achieve a better heat transfer effect, the inventor also added a heat conducting iron sheet between the surface layer and the hose. Under the hose positioning plate is a thermal reflective layer, heat energy transmitted through the floor to every corner of the room. The advantage of this system is that it can make adjustments to changes in outdoor temperature within half an hour, keep the room temperature constant, and repair the hoses by picking up a few floors.
The new constant-temperature floor has 2-1/4-inch and 1-1/2-inch (1.3123 inches = 3.3333 cm) specifications. The former has better thermal conductivity, while the latter is suitable for all units.
 The production company plans to develop a thinner thermostatic floor and develop a method that can be cooled in the summer. If it is successfully developed, it may also replace air conditioners.
