Clean the surface of the object with alcohol solvent before printing. Other Causes Inadequate pre-processing work or no pre-treatment check the pre-processed procedure. If possible, repeat the pre-processing work without reaching the fixing time requirement. Before the pre-test ink binding firmness, let the printed matter be fully dried and fixed. After the processing work is insufficient, the heat pipe is used. Sometimes the flame drying device is also needed.
The third common fault: obvious pinholes appear on the printed matter
If the small pinhole is large and appears in the same position on the print, check the image on the pad and intaglio. If needed, replace the pad and gravure.
