Breakthroughs in beer preservation barrel research

The new-generation vacuum beer fresh-keeping barrel developed by Mr. Shi Guangde, patent inventor of the beer fresh-keeping barrel in China, has recently begun mass production by Zhongyi International Famous Brand Economic and Trade Co., Ltd.

The vacuum beer barrel is a beer barrel without an inlet valve. No carbon dioxide and any gas are needed to release the wine during the wine release process. The barrel's unique design makes it possible to automatically overcome the negative vacuum created during the discharge.

Mr. Shi Guangde has been engaged in the research of fresh beer barrels for more than 10 years. He has invented the first generation of beer barrels 10 years ago and has been widely used in beer markets at home and abroad. Recently, Mr. Shi found out in his in-depth research that there are some design problems in the first generation of beer barrels. For example, the air intake of wine can cause pollutants in the air to enter the wine. Consumers may feel uncomfortable after drinking. Open the air intake valve. Air intake solves the vacuum formed during the release of the wine and causes the air to come in contact with the wine, causing the wine body to mutate or deteriorate in taste. In response to the above defects, Mr. Shi Guangde has devoted himself to the research and development of a new generation of fresh-keeping barrels without increasing product costs. The product was granted a patent right granted by the State Intellectual Property Office on June 25.
