Environmental Protection

China Green Printing Certification

1. Requirements for eight elements of heavy metal antimony (Sb), arsenic (Ba), lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), mercury (Hg) and selenium (Se) and 16 volatile organic compounds.

G7 certification

1. Launched by IDEAlliance.

2. In G7, "G" stands for Gray Scale and "7" stands for 7 colors defined in ISO. The G7 certification aims to guide companies in the definition and calibration of gray levels in printing to better implement the ISO 12647 printing standard.

3. G7 can be regarded as a proofing and printing correction method. The certification G7 can prove that the factory understands the G7 correction method and the printing equipment can meet the international printing standards.

PSA certification

1. Full name Printing Standards Audit, is a certification project developed by RIT

2. Evaluate whether the factory work process complies with international standards. PSA is an extension of G7 Master and is certified by G7 PCC Expert.

PSO certification

1. Developed by the German Federation of Printing and Media Industry.

2. The two organizations of Fogra in Germany and Ugra in Switzerland perform the certification respectively.

3.PSO certification from the customer drafts, prepress processing, digital proofing, plate making, and printing must meet the relevant ISO international standards.

1. Introduced by international graphic measurement company.

Product quality

BRC certification

1. A certification project launched by the British Retailers Association. Mainly approved by British retailers, many European and Australian customers can also set the standard.

2. It mainly covers five parts of food, consumer products, food packaging, storage and distribution, non-genetically modified foods.

3. Based on ISO9001 and GMP (Good Job Practice) requirements of the quality management system standards.

ISO22000 certification

1. Food safety management system, introduced by the International Organization for Standardization. Applicable to any organization in the food chain, regardless of the size of the organization.

2. Based on the ISO9001 management system structure, focusing on HACCP planning, implementation, inspection, and improvement.

EICC certification

1. Code of Conduct for the Electronic Industry, jointly launched by major international electronics companies.

3. Applicable to vendors, finished product manufacturers, parts manufacturers, major package suppliers.

ICTI certification

1.ICTI is the abbreviation of the International Toy Industry Association. ICTI CARE is aiming to ensure that toys are manufactured in a safe and user-friendly environment.

2. Major toy manufacturers and sellers in Europe and America are members of their associations.

3. If a printed product is considered part of a toy or printed with a product LOGO, it must be ICTI certified.
